1. No Return & No Refund

All products purchased from Aham Collections are not eligible for return or refund once the order has been successfully placed and delivered.

We request customers to carefully review the product description, size details, and images before placing an order.

2. Exceptions (Damaged or Incorrect Product)

Returns or replacements will only be considered in the following cases:

• You receive a damaged product
• You receive a defective item
• You receive the wrong product

To report such issues, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the following details:

• Order Number
• Photos of the product clearly showing the issue
• Brief description of the problem

Once verified by our team, we will arrange a replacement for the same product. Refunds will generally not be provided.

3. Non-Eligible Cases

Requests will not be accepted for the following reasons:

• Incorrect size ordered by the customer
• Change of mind after purchase
• Minor color variation due to screen display
• Products that have been used, washed, or altered
• Requests made after 48 hours of delivery

4. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before the product is shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation will not be possible.
